1. JOB ORDER CONTRACTING
Job order contracts for remodeling and renovation, useful when bond projects authorize quick deployment of work crews or as a part of regular maintenance. Job Order Contracts are relational, performance-based contracts where the facility services partner continually interacts and collaborates to provide construction services. JOC has been a legal, well-recognized delivery method for public schools since 1995. JOC is different from Design/Bid/Build, but is effectively and efficiently used to manage renovation, remodeling, rehabilitation, repair and other construction projects. |

2. MODULAR/CONCRETE BUILDINGS
Turn-key modular /concrete buildings to meet the need for safe and secure classroom space, manufactured rapidly to meet specified timelines. |

3. OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE AND PROJECT CONTROLS SERVICES
Assistance to facilitate programming, planning, cost estimating, scheduling, inspections, construction, audit, quality assurance, commissioning and / or occupancy of buildings included in capital improvement programs. |

4. BUILDING SERVICES
Construction services for failure analysis, roofing, and environmental assessments, including mold, asbestos, underground storage tanks, etc.

ROOFING and WATERPROOFING SERVICES
Roof condition examination and assessment, re-roof specifications, roof design and related special services. |

5. DISASTER RESTORATION AND RECOVERY

6. ENERGY AGGREGATION
Like any commodity, the purchase of energy can be managed and controlled to give the buyer complete budgetary command over this vitally essential resource. Aggregation allows member agencies and organizations the ability to exert market forces over energy purchases, resulting in lower costs and greater reliability. Purchase may be made through best price alone or through aggregation. |

7. ENERGY MANAGEMENT
Containing energy costs and controlling energy use are absolute essentials for any organization, but are legally mandated for most public sector agencies. With the passage of HB 3693, governmental agencies are required to develop energy management programs that will result in lower usage, monitored compliance and state reporting. CFP can create individualized, effective energy management programs that will meet and exceed mandated levels. |
